Our Immersions
Board and Train immersions

Our board and train programs are designed to address behavior at the nervous-system level, not just the surface actions. Rather than focusing on constant commands or corrections, we work to restore grounding, emotional balance, and clarity through structured engagement, movement, and pressure regulation. Dogs learn how to absorb stress, organize energy, and settle naturally instead of reacting impulsively. This environment allows for consistent, intentional work where patterns can be reshaped from the inside out. Obedience and behavior modification are layered in once the dog has the emotional capacity to carry them.
Board and train is best suited for dogs struggling with reactivity, anxiety, impulse control, or instability under pressure, as well as owners looking for deeper, long-term change rather than quick fixes.

2-week embodied prey reset

This is not an obedience board & train.
This is not a behavior “fix.”
This is a two-week embodied reset where your dog stays in a calm, structured environment and works daily through the prey sequence to rebuild presence, pressure tolerance, and emotional regulation.
For this program, we intentionally step away from commands, expectations, and outcome-driven training and focus on embodied movement and connection.
Behavior changes are a byproduct and not the goal.
What We Work On
Your dog works daily through the natural prey sequence:
Push
Bark
Chase
Bite / Carry (when appropriate)
Soften
These aren’t drills or obedience exercises. They are biological movement patterns that allow pressure to enter the body, move through it, and resolve instead of getting stuck.
When dogs can:
Stay present under pressure
Express without collapsing or exploding
Move energy instead of bottling it
Soften afterward
Their nervous system reorganizes. Reactivity, anxiety, and intensity often decrease without being directly targeted.
Embodiment & Presence
This work is embodied.
Think of it more like yoga than training.
Your dog isn’t being made to perform, they’re being guided through experiences that organize the body and nervous system.
Sessions are:
Low pressure
Relationship-based
Guided by the dog’s energy rather than a rigid script
We always end work on softening and regulation.
Program Structure
Duration: 2 weeks
Format: Board & Train
Daily work includes:
Multiple short, embodied sessions
Structured rest and decompression
No obedience layering
No command drilling
This is about building a foundation, not testing it.
Owner Transfer
At the end of the program, you receive:
A clear explanation of the prey sequence
Guidance on how to work with your dog in an embodied way
5 or 10 transfer sessions focused on feel, timing, and presence.
The goal is for you to understand how the work feels, not just what it looks like.
Foundation Before Obedience
Obedience without a foundation doesn’t stand.
Commands can shape behavior, but they don’t organize the nervous system. When a dog can’t stay present under pressure, obedience becomes fragile, it works until stress, emotion, or environment exceeds the dog’s capacity.
This program builds that capacity first.
Once the foundation is there, obedience becomes easy to layer on. Without it, obedience either falls apart or has to be constantly managed.
That’s why we don’t rush commands here, we’re building the ground they stand on.
Who This Is For
Reactive or anxious dogs
Dogs that struggle under pressure
Dogs that are overly forward, explosive, or shut down
Owners who want regulation before obedience
What This Is Not
A traditional obedience board & train
A guaranteed behavior outcome
A shortcut or quick fix
Investment
5 transfer sessions- $2,350
10 transfer sessions- $2,700
(2-week Board & Train)
Includes:
Housing and daily embodied work
Structured decompression and rest
One owner transfer session
Private Sessions
in-person + virtual

Private sessions are focused, hands-on conversations with your dog present. These sessions emphasize observation, timing, and understanding how pressure, relief, and movement affect your dog’s emotional state. Instead of relying on luring or constant management, we work to build grounding and clarity so behaviors emerge from a regulated place. Private sessions educate owners on how to read their dog’s body, understand where tension is building, and how to guide their dog back into balance in real-world situations.
In- person- $100 per session
virtual- $50 per session
lesson packages are offered at a reduced per-session rate to support consistency and long-term progress.

Puppy Development

Puppy development lays the foundation for how a dog will handle stress, novelty, and engagement for the rest of their life. Our focus is on building body awareness, grounding, and emotional balance early, rather than rushing into commands or overexposure. Puppies learn how to move, explore, settle, and recover in a way that supports a healthy nervous system. This approach helps prevent many common issues later on by giving puppies the tools to process pressure and excitement before patterns of reactivity or avoidance develop.
Puppy programs are flexible, and based on age, temperament, and handler. Hybrid programs are available, along with traditional board and train and private lessons.
$100 per private session
Hybrid programs $990 per week

Boarding

Our boarding is intentionally calm, structured, and low-pressure. We refrain from constant stimulation or group chaos. We focus on rhythm, space, and regulation. Dogs are given room to move, explore, and engage appropriately while also learning how to settle and rest. The goal is not to keep dogs busy, but to keep them balanced. Movement, boundaries, and downtime are used intentionally so dogs can discharge energy, regain grounding, and return to center. For many dogs, especially those sensitive to stress or environment changes, this approach creates a sense of clarity and safety rather than overload.

Scent Work

Scent Work taps into one of the most natural and regulating systems a dog has. Searching allows dogs to organize energy through focused movement, problem solving, and completion rather than through overstimulation or conflict. In our work, scent is not treated as a game to hype dogs up, but as a grounding process that builds confidence, emotional resilience, and clarity. For many dogs, especially those who struggle with reactivity or anxiety, searching provides a safe way to move through pressure and resolve it internally.
Scent Work is suitable for dogs of all ages and temperaments and can be a powerful complement to behavior modification and obedience.

Behavior Modification
_JPG.jpg)
Behavior modification focuses on addressing the underlying emotional and nervous system patterns driving unwanted behavior, not just managing symptoms. Rather than suppressing reactions or relying on constant redirection, we work to build grounding, increase stress tolerance, and help dogs process pressure in a more organized way. As the nervous system stabilizes, behavior naturally shifts.
This work is especially helpful for dogs dealing with reactivity, anxiety, impulse control issues, aggression, or behaviors that seem to “come out of nowhere.” The goal is not perfection, but clarity, resilience, and a dog who can move through the world with more ease and peace.

Behavior modification starts at 6 weeks + 7 go-home lessons $6,000
